In Dear England, even the walls carry emotional baggage.

If you’ve been watching Dear England, you might have been paying as much attention to the walls as the football.

The giant football paintings. The Bobby Moore imagery. The feeling that history is sitting in every room, gently reminding everyone how this usually ends.

Truth is, that’s the clever bit.

The walls don’t just make St George’s Park and Wembley feel real. They help tell the story. Pressure. Expectation. The weight of 1966 never too far away. Decades of football trauma a constant theme.

We are proud to say we at Displayways are responsible for the large-scale artwork, graphics and printed visuals for the set.

Not just dressing the rooms. But helping tell the story.

If you’d like your walls to tell a story, give us a shout. We can’t fix England’s penalty record. But we do know a thing or two about creating drama.
