Star Wars: The Acolyte

The wooden floor we created for Star Wars: The Acolyte stands out as one of the most exciting and challenging projects we’ve ever worked on!

Like a giant wooden jigsaw puzzle, the floor slowly came to life — each piece finding its place through patience, precision, and a fair share of problem-solving. Every cut and curve had to be perfect; there was no margin for error. The vision, crafted by the brilliant art department duo Eva Hartmann and Damian Draven, transformed what began as vast, flat sheets of MDF into something extraordinary — a floor so detailed and authentic, it felt lifted straight from another world. We laser-cut each grout groove, then delicately inlaid gold vinyl by hand — a painstaking process carried out with care and dedication by our incredible studio team.
